Nosferatu

An unauthorized retelling of Bram Stoker's Dracula. The clerk Hutter travels to the Carpathian Mountains to close a property sale with the reclusive Count Orlok, and unknowingly invites plague and shadow back to the town of Wisborg. Murnau's silent horror invented much of the visual language the genre still speaks today.
